Overview
Dylla is a power-dialer app built for business funding professionals. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is stored, and when it is shared.

Data We Collect
- Contact lists — names, phone numbers, email addresses, business names, and notes you import or enter.
- Call history — outcome tags (answered, voicemail, no answer, etc.) and timestamps for each call.
- Stage assignments — the pipeline stage you assign to each contact.
- Callback schedules — dates and times you set for follow-up reminders.
Where Data Is Stored
All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server unless you explicitly enable automation (see below). When you uninstall the app, all local data is deleted.
Automation & Data Sharing
If you enable stage-based automation in Settings and provide an API key, the app sends the following to dylla.app for SMS and email follow-ups:
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Pipeline stage
This data is transmitted over HTTPS. No data is shared with any other third party.
Third-Party Analytics
Dylla does not include any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
Calendar Access
The app requests calendar access solely to create callback reminder events. It does not read, modify, or delete any existing calendar events.
CallKit
The app uses CallKit to detect when a phone call ends so it can advance to the next contact in your dial list. No call audio is accessed or recorded.
Data Retention
All data is stored locally on your device. There is no server-side database of your contacts or call history. Deleting the app removes all data.
Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
You can delete all app data at any time by going to Settings > Clear All Lists & History inside the app. Since data is stored only on your device, no server-side deletion request is needed.
If you have enabled automation and want to request deletion of any data sent to our server, email hello@dylla.app.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
